Najica Hiiragi wraps up target practice and is summoned to her next mission with a single rose. There, she infiltrates a mansion to rescue a girl from a countess. Back at the city, Najica is a renowned perfumer at the CRI. She is summoned again by her boss and is hinted that she will have a new partner. At home, she discovers the girl that she rescued is in her room. || When Najica is sent on a rescue mission to a seemingly unprotected mansion, she is certain that it will be a quick and easy job. But when the maids employed by the lady of the house also turn out to double as a trigger-happy machine-gun squad, Najica realizes that she will need all of her skills and gadgets if she is to complete her mission and get out alive.

The mysterious girl is named Lila and she is to be Najica's new partner. Lila is a gynoid known as a Humaritt. Their first mission together is to stop the assassination of a judge's daughter at an amusement park. || Used to working alone, Najica balks at being assigned a rookie partner, especially when that partner turns out to be Lila, the Humaritt (artificial human) girl that she rescued on her last mission. Their first assignment as a team is to protect a dignitary`s daughter from a notorious assassin. But will Lila prove a help or a hindrance to the mission?

In order to stop businessman Todd McCormick from selling a recently reactivated laser satellite which has been destroying things like military bases, Najica and Lila befriend McCormick as sisters but later infiltrate his aviation museum and must deal with their female guards. The mission is updated to include the recovery of a Humaritt. || When a rich businessman with a passion for model planes manages to resurrect an old satellite and turn it into an orbiting laser weapon, Najica and Lila are authorized to track him down and gain control of the satellite by any means necessary.

Najica's next mission is to investigate a Japanese idol group called the 4C'zNs as one of its members is suspected of being a Humaritt. Lila pretends to be a new idol, and tries to scan the girls to see if they have the serial numbers indicative of a Humaritt. However, it proves difficult as the girls act the same, leading them to wonder if they might all be Humaritts. When the girls capture Lila, Najica rescues her but as they chase down the girls, they discover that they don't have the special markings and that their manager is the true Humaritt. || Najica and Lila are assigned to investigate the 4 C`zNs is a pop quartet sensation that has exploded from nowhere to the top of the charts. But despite their outwardly normal appearance, rumor has it that one of the four C`zNs girls is actually a Humaritt. It is up to Najica and Lila to get close enough to discover which one it is.

Najica and Lila are tasked to go after Ricardo Kidel who has purchased a nuclear missile in the black market with hopes of staging a coup in another country. The mission also involves recovering another Humaritt. Najica is attacked by a sniper named Koharu.. The girls board the ship and then a submarine which carries the missile. They capture Koharu, and blow up the sub, sending the missile to fly uselessly into the ocean. || When the powerful yet mentally unstable Ricardo Kidel gets hold of a nuclear missile, he plans to use it to launch a devastating coup d`etat. Najica and Lila must infiltrate his luxurious yacht and foil his diabolical plans. But their mission has one added complication - not only is the missile guarded by a Humaritt, but our hero duo is under orders to capture this Humaritt and deliver her to Gento. With Kidel`s plans already in motion, Najica and Lila will have to move faster than ever if they`re to have any hope of success!

While Lila recovers from her injuries, Najica must recover a teenage math genius who is trying to escape from government agents. || While Lila recovers from injuries sustained in her last mission, Najica flies solo to help teen prodigy Swaney and her guardian Daniela escape from the repressive government of Kirnovf. Now that she`s become used to working with a partner, will Najica be able to adapt to the solo life again? Can she protect Swaney and Daniela from a deadly tag team of Kirnovf agents?

Najica and Lila work as models for at a weapons aircraft event in order to look for a shady weapons dealer with a Humaritt named Tony. Their modeling takes publicity from a jealous company executive and his daughter. However, Tony later appears to steal that company's fighter plane, using the daughter as a hostage. Tony and Najica face each other in a dogfight, while Lila raids the dealer's ship. || Rumors are circulating that a weapons dealer will be using Tony, a Humaritt, to steal one of the exhibits at a weapons fair. Najica and Lila are sent to apprehend her, preferably before she steals the weapon. Unfortunately, they have no idea what Tony looks like or what weapon she`s after, so the two secret agents must wait for Tony to make her move. And when she does, will Najica and Lila be fast enough to stop Tony before any innocent bystanders get hurt?

Najica and Liia travel to a country run by a ruthless queen to recover a Humaritt from a rebel militia group led by the queen's daughter. || Najica and Lila are sent to the country of Gilda to capture Elith, a Humaritt working for the Gilda resistance. Their mission goes horribly wrong when Najica is discovered and captured! Now, to save her partner, Lila must think independently for the first time. Will she be able to contend with Elith, whose fanatical belief in her cause makes her a danger to everyone around her?

Ninja-like girls tack down a couple on a train trip through the forest and it is up to Najica to protect them before it is too late. || There`s nothing strange about the love between a man a woman - except perhaps when that woman is a Humaritt! As the unique couple that is Yoshiki and Serina go on the run, Najica and Lila are sent to help them to safety. But as the duo fight off pursuing Humaritt squadrons, they begin to suspect that the deadliest Humaritt of the lot might already be among them. For behind Serina`s innocent and vulnerable facade lurks a deadly and dangerous warrior - one who will stop at nothing to protect her husband.

Najica must recover a young male Humaritt from another Humaritt named X. || Thanks to information given to Gento by his friend Yoshiki, CRI finally learns the location of the laboratory of Dr. Ren, creator of all Humaritts. While the military launches an offensive strike, Najica and Lila are sent to infiltrate the lab and retrieve Dr. Ren. As Najica sets out on her latest adventure, Majima warns her that the most dangerous Humaritt on this mission may be her very own partner. Will Lila`s emotional bond with her master spell trouble for Najica?

The creator of the Humaritts comes forth and explain the reason she created them. || In the depths of the Humaritt laboratory, Najica has finally found Dr. Ren, only to discover that the person calling herself "Dr. Ren" is actually none other than the deadly, deranged, demoniacal Humaritt Triple X! As Najica faces off against this new opponent, Lila finds herself growing closer to Alpha, the Humaritt boy who is Ren`s latest creation. How will Triple X react to the bond between Lila and her beloved Alpha? And how will this new bond affect Lila`s relationship with Najica?
