In spite of his best time-leaping efforts, Takemichi Hanagaki continuously fails to prevent the present-day death of Hinata Tachibana, his adolescent love. The adult Takemichi grapples with grief and the ramifications of the Tokyo Manji gang's criminal empire—an unintended product of his timeline meddling. Though the gang once operated under the idealistic Manjirou "Mikey" Sano, it has now been taken over by the malicious Tetta Kisaki and, as a result, has abandoned its original optimistic intent. Despite feeling hopeless, Takemichi travels to the past once again to investigate Black Dragon, a rival motorcycle gang whose actions ultimately lead to Hinata's demise. There, he meets the young Hakkai Shiba, a fellow gang member whose older brother, Taiju, tyrannically rules Black Dragon. When Taiju brutally beats Takemichi in a one-sided street brawl, Hakkai attempts to withdraw from Tokyo Manji in apology—an act that Takemichi must prevent to spare Hakkai a grim future. Through a shared tragedy, Takemichi bonds with Chifuyu Matsuno, establishing a close comradery both boys desperately need. With Chifuyu on his side, Takemichi works to unravel the fates of Black Dragon's members, fighting to create a happy future for his loved ones.

1. It Is What It Is
Back in the present, Takemichi is stunned to learn that he has become officer in Toman. Kisaki seizes an opportunity to dupe him, and Takemichi finds himself staring down the barrel of a gun.
2. Gotta Go
After Takemichi meets a Black Dragon's member in past, he becomes friends with him. The more time passes, the more he realizes why Black Dragon is corrupt
3. Stand alone
Takemichi is beaten to a pulp by Taiju Shiba. In order to save Takemichi, Hakkai proposes a bargain to Taiju.
4. Family bonds
Disaster is avoided when Hakkai offers to join Black Dragon. However, Mitsuya will not allow Hakkai to leave Toman, and confronts Taiju.
5. Christmas Eve
Kisaki and Hanma offer their help to Takemichi and Chifuyu in the rescue of Hakkai and destroying Black Dragon. Takemichi and Chifuyu come to a decision
6. Whip Up Morale
On a snowy Christmas Eve night, Takemichi said his own goodbye to protect his beloved Hinata. Then, on Christmas Day, Taiju visits the church alone. Takemichi, Chifuyu, Kisaki, and Hanma go to the church to stop Hakkai, who is after Taiju’s life. While Chifuyu and the other three are holding up Taiju outside the church, Takemichi carries out his plan to persuade Hakkai, who should already be inside.
7. Sibling Rivalry
Yuzuha's surprise attack on Taiju misses its mark. Takemichi realizes Yuzuha is the key to changing the future, so he gets back into the fight.
8. Strive Together
After making a bold declaration, Takemichi keeps rising up from Taiju's beatdowns.
9. Dawning of a new era
After revealing his secret, Hakkai overcomes his fear of his brother and confronts Taiju with Takemichi. As defeat seems imminent, the familiar sound of a motorcycle engine heralds Mikey's arrival at church.
10. The light of my life
After defeating Black Dragon, Takemichi finds himself being taken by Mikey to Hina's place, to face the girl he broke up with just the day before.
11. On my way home
After declaring victory over the Black Dragons at the Tokyo Manji gang's first meeting of the year, Mikey makes an unexpected announcement.
12. Last order
Takemichi returns to the past and realizes what he must do after meeting Chifuyu.
13. When it rains, it pours
Takemichi returns to the past to prevent the terrible new timeline. After meeting Chifuyu, he realizes what he must do.
