The story follows the strongest king in history, Grey. Although he possesses unparalleled power, wealth, and fame, there is no one who stands by his side…and he trusts no one. He then awakens suddenly, having reincarnated in a world where magic exists. He is given the name Arthur, and begins living a second life, with loving parents.

Arthur's family decides to move to the city for his education, but the roads prove to be less than safe.

Arthur's encounter with some bandits leads to a tumble into a ravine, where he has a bizarre encounter.
4. Saved by the King
While trying to make his way home, Arthur encounters a group of bandits who've captured an elf girl.
5. The King's Test.
Arthur finds himself in hostile territory after escorting Tessia home to the kingdom of elves.
6. The King's Training
Virion offers Arthur a means to reach out to his parents, while also offering to take him as an apprentice.
7. The King Says Goodbye
Arthur completes his training, and prepares to be reunited with his family.
8. Reunited with the King
Arthur is back with his parents, and his new baby sister, Eleanor. Their thoughts to to his future...
9. The King Teaches
Arthur worries about Lilia who's dream of attending the magic academy seems in danger due to her lack of mana.
10. The King's Defiance
The kingdom's most important VIPs attend the Helstea Auction, and one of them has plans for Sylvie.
11. The King’s Decision
An encounter with Cynthia, the head of Xyrus Academy, helps Arthur come to a decision.
