With Tomura Shigaraki at its helm, the former Liberation Army is now known as the Paranormal Liberation Front. This organized criminal group poses an immense threat to the Hero Association, not only because of its sheer size and strength, but also the overpowering quirks of Jin "Twice" Bubaigawara and Gigantomachia. As new intel from the covert hero Keigo "Hawks" Takami confirms that Shigaraki is nowhere to be seen, the Hero Association decides to strike the enemy headquarters with a surprise attack using the entirety of its assets—and the UA students find themselves on the battlefield once again. As the fight rages on, the unsuspecting villains must regroup and push back, but the brave heroes are determined to eradicate every last one of them.

1. A Quiet Beginning
Using the information Hawks gathered, the heroes and their work study students get ready for an attack on the Paranormal Liberation Front led by Shigaraki.
2. Mirko, the No. 5 Hero
Mirko chases after Garaki while the rest of Team Endeavor deals with Nomus at Jaku Hospital. Meanwhile, Team Edge Shot charges in for a surprise attack at Gunga Villa.
3. One's Justice
Inside Gunga Villa, the Paranormal Liberation Front realizes that they are under attack, and Twice confronts Hawks about his betrayal.
4. Keishō
Hawks's confrontation with Dabi leads him to think back on his past. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Mirko fights her way through multiple High Ends to get to Doctor and Shigaraki.
5. The Thrill of Destruction
After reinforcements finally arrive, the tide is just starting to turn in the heroes' favor when Shigaraki wakes up.
6. Encounter, Part 2
As Endeavor tells his team that he's fighting Shigaraki, Midoriya realizes that Shigaraki is after One For All and uses himself as bait to try to lure Shigaraki away from the civilians.
7. Disaster Walker
The heroes watch helplessly as Nomus emerge from the underground to participate in the battle. Meanwhile, Shigaraki realizes that Aizawa is using his Erasure quirk to deny him access to his Decay, and Gigantomachia moves to be with Tomura as soon as possible.
8. League of Villains vs. U.A. Students
Momo and the other U.A. students rise up together and confront the sentient mountain that is Gigantomachia, as he eagerly moves towards his master Shigaraki.
9. Katsuki Bakugo: Rising
The battle against Shigaraki and his arsenal of Quirks intensifies, as Bakugo considers his future and the true cost of heroism.
10. The Ones Within Us
Midoriya and Shigaraki enter the world of One For All as Gigantomachia continues north and Toga makes a detour.
11. Dabi's Dance
As Ochaco and Toga exchange words and blows, Gigantomachia reaches Shigaraki and the heroes, and Dabi reveals the secret of his past.
12. Threads of Hope
Best Jeanist appears and spins together the hopes of all the heroes in this fight as the climax of the all-out war draws near.
13. Final Performance
Thinking of his great-great-grandfather, Mr. Compress performs his greatest trick in order to save the League of Villains.
14. Hellish Hell
The heroes wrestle with changing public opinion as they deal with the aftermath of the fierce battle and mourn those they lost in the fight.
15. Tartarus
Under All For One's control, Shigaraki attacks Tartarus with the Nomus to free All For One's body, freeing many other prisoners in the process.
16. The Hellish Todoroki Family, Part 2
As heroes deal with criticism from the public, Hawks thinks back on his past with his family, and Endeavor's family visits him in the hospital.
17. The Wrong Way to Put Out a Fire
Endeavor and his family reflect on Toya's past and the events that led to his death, and Hawks and Best Jeanist bring them a proposition.
18. Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki
Inside One For All, Izuku talks with the past wielders as the top three heroes deal with public sentiment after Dabi's revelation.
19. Full Power!!
After Izuku decides not to go back to U.A., he finds himself facing Muscular, who was broken out of jail, again and uses the Quirks of the past wielders against him.
20. Hired Gun
The top three heroes continue to face criticism as they deal with jailbreakers and look for hints about All For One and Shigaraki's whereabouts, and Izuku comes across a villain from Tartarus.
21. The Lovely Lady Nagant
During Izuku's fight with Lady Nagant, she tells him secrets about hero society that further solidify his resolve to help those who need his help.
22. Friend
As Izuku goes off alone in his quest for justice, his classmates realize something is wrong and try to find a way to help him.
23. Deku vs. Class A
As Deku tries to run away, Class A draws him back by recounting their memories with him and reminding him of his own words.
24. A Young Woman's Declaration
As the evacuees at U.A. voice their dissent, Ochaco speaks up to try and sway them. Onlookers with ties to Izuku try to figure out if it's time for them to speak out, too.
25. No Man Is an Island
As Izuku tries to rest and recover back at U.A. with his classmates, All Might has an encounter with Stain that leads to new information about Shigaraki and All For One.
