As a young boy, Prince Oscar Lyeth Increatos Loz Farsas was cursed by the Witch of Silence, rendering it all but impossible for any woman to bear him a child. After 15 years of fruitlessly seeking a way to lift the spell, Oscar resorts to enlisting the help of a different witch. To this end, he heads to the Azure Tower, home of the Witch of the Azure Moon. Ascending the tower is no easy task; for decades, no one has overcome the array of traps, puzzles, and enemies designed to repulse any challengers. Oscar, however, easily climbs to the top, where he meets the fabled witch, Tinasha. To the prince's surprise, despite being hundreds of years old, Tinasha looks like a beautiful young woman in her late teens. Oscar explains his circumstances to the witch, who quickly perceives the true nature of his affliction. Though she claims that undoing the spell would be tremendously difficult, Tinasha proposes a workaround—to find Oscar a partner capable of withstanding the curse's effects. Realizing that such a woman is right in front of his eyes, Oscar boldly tells the witch to marry him. Though he is promptly rejected, the young prince refuses to back down, and the two eventually reach an agreement: Tinasha will leave the tower and live with Oscar for the next year. As the two continue searching for a way to lift Oscar's curse, word of Tinasha's emergence from isolation spreads, catching the attention of all sorts of old acquaintances.

Prince Oscar, heir to the throne of Farsas, was cursed in his childhood - a curse that prevents him from producing an heir. His last chance is the help of the Witch of the Azure Moon, but she lives in a gigantic azure tower that harbors many dangers...
2. The Past Recalled Again
Tinasha has just arrived at Farsas Castle, when she finds that she must set off for the border. There, she confronts her past memories, as well as a foe who has been biding time for seventy years.
3. What the Forest Dreams of
Oscar and Lazar venture into a forest to investigate a series of mysterious deaths, out of Tinasha's watchful gaze. Unbeknownst to them, the Witch of the Forbidden Forest awaits within.
4. A Breath of Life into Image
A foreign envoy shows up at Farsas Castle, demanding an audience with Tinasha. As Oscar is about to send him away, the mysterious envoy utters a name that changes his mind.
5. Unnamed Emotion
The king reveals a new potential bride for Oscar: Miralys, a palace maid. A disgruntled Oscar notices that Tinasha has taken this opportunity to keep her distance from him.
6. As the Abyss Is Born
Tinasha finally succeeds in breaking the curse, thus fulfilling her contract with Oscar. In the middle of the king's birthday celebration, she comes to Oscar with a shocking revelation.
7. The End of the Dream
Tinasha leaves Farsas to defect to Cuscull at Lanak's side. Something about her actions, however, don't quite add up, which does not escape the notice of Cuscull's chief mage.
8. Green Vines
During a visit to a fortress on the border of Farsas, Oscar runs into a band of marauding nomads. Their leader challenges Oscar to a duel, on sacred grounds that hide a dark secret.
9. The Things Unknown
The kingdom of Farsas enjoys some much-needed peace as the end of the year approaches. Beneath the tranquility, however, a plot is brewing with Farsas Castle as its target.
10. Blank Slate Children
Tinasha finds out that her tower has some unexpected visitors. Oscar reluctantly prepares to attend a public function in the neighboring nation of Gandona.

One day, as Oscar is helping Tinasha clean up around the tower, he finds himself mysteriously drawn in by a familiar-looking orb.
