The year is 1989. After the nation of Hinomoto was destabilized during the past World War, the rise of new technologies has enabled its revitalization. Modern engineering has given birth to aircraft, gasoline engines, and geomagnetic technology—revolutionizing transportation. Railroads have been rendered nearly obsolete and replaced by more efficient modes of transit. However, a group of lively "Raillords" aims to renew the railroads' former glory. The Raillords, personified as energetic and spirited girls, act as humanoid control modules for their assigned railways. They meet in Ohitoyo City for the Raillord Summit, headed by Suzushiro, a Raillord from Manoka Railways. This is the country Hinomoto. Thanks to revolutionary new technologies, the country flourished and the economy boomed. However, overshadowed by those advances, the railroad was losing significance and drifted into obscurity. There are beings called Railord. They are humanoid or doll-like control modules for railroad trains and are responsible for assisting with the safe operation of the railroad. 2. The Breakout Groups of Destiny
The Raillords have gathered with the goal of restoring the railroad's relevance. They begin discussions to gather ideas on how to bring on a new era for the railroad.

In order to bring about a new age of the railroad, the Raillords gathered in Ohitoyo City and came to the decision to produce merchandise. The brainstorming breakout sessions are about to begin!
4. Cloth Items and Bugs
Suzushiro, Iyo, and Riiko are in deep discussions about what merchandise to produce. But the insect lover Riiko is too distracted as she wants to go look for bugs...
5. Eternal Rival

Having finished their sightseeing trip around Ohitoyo City, the last merch breakout session with Kakaa and Suika begins. Meanwhile, having finished theirs, Ran and Shirogane go visit the coal mine...
