Yu-yu and the others are surprised as a helicopter suddenly appears in the skies above the amusement park, with Tohya`s partner Masanori in it. An injured Shinobu arrives at Wonder Hill after encountering card hunters. Danji`s facial expression changes upon hearing Shinobu`s story, and he sets off alone. When Megumi and the others return to the amusement park after participating in a meeting of leaders in Danji`s stead, they find their fallen comrades with a completely changed Tohya standing amidst them. 11. Fire Dragon's Ceremony
Yu-yu arrives at the amusement park at night, only to find his fallen comrades, a stolen banner, and Tohya. Yu-yu loses to Tohya. Blackout`s banner is burned, and his team mates are overwhelmed by their loss and sense of helplessness.
